30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Return an Item
Contact us at info@reslienceshoes.com to initiate your return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack your shoes securely in the original packaging. Include your order number and return authorization number.
Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us at info@reslienceshoes.com and we'll help you exchange your shoes for the perfect fit. We'll cover the shipping cost for size exchanges to ensure you get the right shoe.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after we process your return for the refund to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
